Minecraft is incredibly popular because of the possibilities it offers its players. In the world of Minecraft, you can be whoever you want and build whatever you want—the only limit is your imagination. That being said, many players struggle to come up with new and unique builds for their Minecraft worlds, which often leads to them getting bored and abandoning their creations for years on end. This is a problem I personally face, so I've come up with a list of different things that you should build in your Minecraft world if you haven't already. This guide serves as inspiration to get you started on building in your world, so let's jump right into it!
**11: Bridges**
Let's start with bridges. I know it sounds boring, but believe me, bridges add a unique charm to every world that you just can't get without them. Bridges not only look cool, but they also serve a purpose. Whether it's a giant bridge across two valleys or a simple wooden one across a river, a bridge always enhances the scenery!
**10: Pixel Art**
The art style of Minecraft allows you to create pixel art. There are a few ways you can do this—you can start placing blocks to make something cool, or you can use maps to create in-game pixel art, which is even cooler!
**9: Farms**
Be it a creeper farm or a simple iron golem farm, farms made using redstone always look cool. There's an industrial look to them that just feels impressive.
**8: Ship**
Minecraft has ships in its lore—you can literally find shipwrecks scattered across the world. So why not build a huge ship that can serve as your base or just a cool attraction?
**7: Statues**
Speaking of attractions, what better way to enhance the look of a place than by adding a mighty statue there?
**6: Hot Air Balloon**
Just like ships, hot air balloons can serve as your base or just as a cute attraction floating in the sky. They look awesome!
**5: Aquarium/Zoo**
Minecraft has a lot of mobs in it, so why not build a place to show off each one of them? This will be a challenge as you'll have to gather the mobs as well!
**4: Large-Scale Farms**
Farms do serve a purpose in Minecraft, but they're often quite small. Why not build farms spanning entire biomes? They look serene!
**3: Civilization**
Now, this is basically a town/city, but the idea is that you observe the environment you're building in and then imagine how the people there would build. For example, if you decide to play in the swamps, imagine what real people would do there—they'd probably build their houses on stilts above water and have bridges going everywhere. This kind of thinking can help you build any place you want!
**2: Roads**
You might have already built a ton of cool structures across your world, but are they connected by roads? By connecting your builds with roads, not only does it make the world feel more realistic, but it also enhances your world tours tenfold!
**1: Castle Complex**
Obviously, castles! Who doesn't want to build castles in Minecraft, right? Instead of just building a castle, try constructing a complex where several buildings are included within the castle walls, sort of like a capital area.
And there you have it! I hope you feel inspired and ready to start building!
