What’s The Next FromSoftware Game – ARTKEMON

What’s The Next FromSoftware Game

Elden Ring crushed the gaming industry, earning 10/10 reviews across the board. Fans were ecstatic about the release of the biggest Soulsborne game to ever hit store shelves. Elden Ring was a masterpiece when it came out, and it still is. It just keeps on giving, as we recently got a DLC that feels like a whole new game on its own. So, Soulsborne players are having the time of their lives, playing everything FromSoftware churns out.

As a Soulsborne player, this is a great time to be alive, but I can't help but think about what's next. What's next for FromSoftware after the massive success that is Elden Ring? Where do you even go from here? Well, Miyazaki just gave an interview and we have some juicy info, so let's get into it.

Hidetaka Miyazaki, the creator of Elden Ring and most of the Soulsborne games, is still not satisfied with how good his games are. That's what he said in a recent interview: "I still haven't created the perfect fantasy game yet, but Elden Ring did come close." So, according to Miyazaki, there's something better than Elden Ring in the works at the studio.

He didn't mention what he's working on, but we know for a fact that it's another fantasy game, and not something new or old like Armored Core. Miyazaki is also directing the game, and he mentioned how big the company has gotten because creating a game on the scale of Elden Ring was an enormous task. Now, they have the manpower to take on bigger projects, allowing Miyazaki to work on something new while others direct different games.

So, a lot of games will be coming out from the studio, which is very exciting for us fans. And that's all he said so far. We have no official info about what this game is or what it will be about, but we know it's going to be better than Elden Ring, according to the creator. I can't even comprehend how something can be better than Elden Ring—it’s like the magnum opus of gaming. So, are you all excited after this interview?
